The following behaviors will result in immediate action, including potential account suspension or ban.

Moderation Policy

Our Approach

We believe in fair, transparent, and consistent moderation. Our moderation team:

  • Documents all moderation actions

Moderator Powers

Moderators can:

  • Issue warnings to users
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently ban repeat offenders
  • Lock or archive threads
Moderator Discretion

Moderators reserve the right to take action on content or behavior that isn't explicitly listed here but goes against the spirit of our community.

False or malicious reports may result in consequences for the reporter.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

First Offense

Warning: Content removed, warning issued

Minor violations receive educational warnings

2nd

Second Offense

Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days

Account access temporarily restricted

3rd

Third Offense

Extended Suspension: 30-90 days

Final warning before permanent action

Final

Severe/Repeat Violations

Permanent Ban: Account terminated

No refunds, no appeals

Immediate Ban

Severe violations (harassment, hate speech, illegal activity) result in immediate permanent ban without warning.

Appeals Process

If you believe a moderation action was made in error:

  1. Email appeals@fairewebhost.com within 7 days
  2. Include your username, the action taken, and why you believe it was incorrect
  3. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
  4. Appeals decisions are final
